Job Summary
Bring promotions to life, interact with fans, and create memorable moments during game nights and special events. Welcome fans upon arrival, run interactive contests like chuck a puck, and assist with wristbands and theme night activations. Support behind-the-scenes operations across departments to keep the arena moving smoothly. Contribute ideas for new fan experiences and creative activations while assisting with community events and appearances. Work nights, weekends, and holidays throughout the 2026-27 season in a fast-paced, team-first environment. Join the Madison Capitols as they move into a new facility in DeForest, Wisconsin, helping build momentum for a passionate fan base.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Ability to attend most home games during the 2026 to 2027 season
- Must live in the Madison area during the 2026-27 season
- Willingness to assist with special events and community appearances with advance notice
- Ability to handle the physical aspects of the role including standing for long periods and light to medium lifting
