Job Summary
Plan and execute match day entertainment experiences, including in-game promotions, fan activations, and talent coordination for ceremonies. Recruit, schedule, and lead the College Crew program while supervising their match day responsibilities. Interact with fans to create an energetic atmosphere and support community outreach initiatives like tabling and festivals. Assist with match day setup, teardown, and player appearances to ensure seamless event execution. Attend all assigned home matches during the 15–20 hour weekly schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with PowerPoint
- Junior or Senior standing
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence leading and motivating peers
- A passion for volleyball, live events, and delivering exceptional fan experiences
- Demonstrated leadership experience through work, student organizations, athletics, or campus involvement
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in sports, live events, fan engagement, or event management
- Customer service experience
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other creative software
- Experience with live event production or entertainment
