Job Summary
Greet arriving fans, assist with ticket sales, sell and restock retail items, scan tickets, and thank departing fans. Provide best-in-class services by answering telephone calls, ushering fans throughout the venue, assisting with event setup and break down, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all fans and team members. Engage guests, coworkers, and managers with a positive, friendly, professional approach while following all Cosm policies and procedures. Work a variety of shifts based on operation volume, including late hours, holidays, and weekends, in a fast-paced environment.

- Answer telephone calls
- Usher fans throughout the venue
- Assist with event set up and break down
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all fans and team members
- Explain and demonstrate that they can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Follow all appropriate Cosm policies and procedures outlined in the training manuals and employee handbook
- Follow Cosm's Pillars of Service as outlined in the training materials
- Focus on a one-team approach by helping other team members to ensure guest satisfaction
- Engage guests, coworkers, and managers with a positive, friendly, professional approach during all interactions
- Ensure each fan is taken care of upon entering the building to leaving the building
- Be knowledgeable of the Company's products, services, current promotions, and recurring events
- Willingly, and with positive attitude, follow direction of all supervisors, including additional requests for side work, cleaning, etc.
- Comply with, and support, all policies set forth by the Cosm employee handbook and training manuals
- Work a variety of shifts, based on the need volume of the operation (late hours, holidays, weekend, etc.)
- Consistently be friendly and outgoing toward guests, management, and fellow team members
- Work well in a fast-paced environment
- Work well under pressure
- Demonstrate good time management skills and communication skills
- Follow Company and state safety guidelines to provide a safe working environment
- Have previous guest services and/or retail experience
- Have excellent communication and professional interpersonal skills
- Be fluent in English and able to write in basic English
- Be of legal age to work unrestricted hours as outlined by local ordinances and state laws
- Be able to continuously stand, walk and lift up to 10 pounds
- Be able to frequently bend, squat, reach overhead, and lift up to 20 pounds
- Be occasionally kneeling and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Be seldom sitting, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting over 50 pounds
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment
