Job Summary
Support families at early intervention stages and during crises by building resilience and coping strategies to prevent reliance on statutory services. Conduct direct home care tasks while partnering sensitively with families to identify challenges and address areas of need. Work alongside other professionals to maintain children safely at home and maximize future family potential. This role involves evenings or weekends as required to respond to changing service needs.
Required Qualifications
- Member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) for Children and Adults
- 35 per week
- Working evenings or weekends
