FAMILY VISITATION/CASE MANAGER

Job Summary
Provide supervised family visitations, life skills coaching, advocacy, mentoring, and behavioral strategies as part of the Behavioral Health team, serving families, individuals, and youth. Visits are usually held in our visitation rooms with some locations. Documentation can be completed remotely. Flexible full-time schedule with availability Mon-Sat 9am-7:30pm and travel/transportation of clients. Key skills include crisis management, knowledge of behavioral health principles, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, ability to stay calm under stress, attention to detail, and adaptability to changing needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma with one year of experience in the Human Services Field and/or Peer Certification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Criminal Justice or similar.
