Job Summary
Transport children and youth to family visits, appointments, and related services while supervising visitations to ensure safety and appropriateness. Assist with scheduling appointments and retrieve documentation from community providers as needed. Maintain accurate records of supervision and communicate observations with Case Managers and Therapists. This part-time role offers flexible evening and weekend hours, a $15/hour wage, and includes mileage reimbursement, a company-provided cell phone, and 401(k) benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid State Driver's License and active automobile insurance
- Ability to obtain an Illinois Driver's License within 30 days of hire if relocating
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with children or youth preferred
