Job Summary
Deliver trauma-informed family welfare services to support reunification, including coaching, training, and monitoring for safety; provide educational, emotional, and community support systems and supervise visitation as part of reunification efforts; maintain documentation per COA, Montana ARM’s, contracts, and YBGR policies; serve as a professional representative to DPHHS partners and judicial court representatives; participate in supervision and quality improvement activities; engage with families in home and community settings; must possess a Bachelor's degree in a human services or mental health field and at least two years of relevant professional experience; must have a license to operate a passenger vehicle and certifications in First Aid/CPR and Violence Intervention Prevention; available for monthly supervision and emergency on-call rotation; located in Wolf Point, MT area with potential to transition from part-time to full-time depending on caseload and program needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a human services or mental health related field
- A minimum of two years of experience working with youth, families, or child protective services
- License to operate passenger vehicle
- First Aid/CPR
- Violence Intervention Prevention
- Criminal background check as required by state regulations (implied by role)
