Job Summary
Supervise family interactions in community, office, and home settings to support reunification for families involved in the child welfare system. Provide trauma-informed parenting skills training, psychoeducation, and in-the-moment coaching while advocating for families, setting goals with caseworkers, documenting court progress, and reporting concerns. Testify in court as needed and provide transportation to clients. Requires an Associate's degree in Human Services, valid driver's license with clean record, and availability for evenings and weekends to maintain 18 client session hours weekly.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of Associate's Degree in a Human Services field (Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Counseling, etc.)
- Proof of valid Driver's License with clean driving record
- Valid auto insurance
- Consistent access to a working vehicle that can safely transport clients
- Organized and able to independently maintain your schedule
- Ability to provide at least one weekend day and multiple afternoon/evenings of availability
- Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 18 client session hours per week
Desired Qualifications
