Job Summary
Conduct evaluation and treatment for children ages birth to three and their families across home and community settings. Administer standardized assessments, develop treatment plans, and present diagnostic findings to support clinically sound interventions. Deliver direct therapy sessions while accurately documenting progress and submitting reports by 8:00 a.m. weekly. Fulfill Team Lead duties for assigned caseloads, including 30 therapy hours per week, and participate in Transdisciplinary Team Approach meetings and IFSP reviews. Provide supervision to interns and master's-level professionals, while delivering in-house training to staff. Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all state, federal, and company policies regarding ethics and licensure. Achieve 90% productivity goals and complete FIT evaluations within three business days.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree (M.A.) in Professional Counseling and Guidance or a related field
- four to ten years related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Licensure from the NM Board of Counseling and Therapy Practices or NM Board of Social Work Examiners
- Knowledge and experience in the field of Counseling, Family Therapy or Social Work
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Windows
- Proficient organizational and record keeping skills
- Effective oral and written communication
- Excellent interpersonal and teaming skills
- Ability to train clients, family members and professionals
- Exercise a high level of confidentiality
