Job Summary
Provide high-quality systemic family therapy to patients and their families, supporting recovery through evidence-based interventions. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and deliver person-centred care plans, ensuring families are actively involved in the treatment process. Strengthen family relationships, enhance communication, and provide education and support throughout the patient's recovery journey while working with discharge teams to ensure smooth transitions back into community services or individual homes. This role supports the assessment and delivery of tailored treatment plans within a therapeutic environment designed to aid recovery.
Required Qualifications
- Master's-level qualification in Family and Systemic Psychotherapy
- UKCP registration via an approved route
- AFSP registration
- post-qualification experience in mental health settings
