Job Summary
Provide individual, group, and family therapy to adolescents with eating disorders and exercise addiction. Serve as a liaison with families and outpatient providers while interacting with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management. Participate in discharge and aftercare planning, offering therapeutic meal support to model healthy relationships with food. Deliver safe, empathetic, and affirming care based on clients' intersecting identities. Schedule runs Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday with pay up to $90k plus sign-on or relocation bonuses. Join our multi-disciplinary residential treatment team focused on healing.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in clinical counseling or related discipline, at minimum
- OR license in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC)
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is helpful
- Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices
