Job Summary
Provide individual, group, and family therapy while serving as a liaison with families and outpatient providers. Interact with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilize management, then participate in discharge and aftercare planning. Deliver therapeutic meal support to model healthy relationships with food, ensuring safe, empathetic, and affirming care for adolescents with eating disorders based on their unique identities. Join a multi-disciplinary team including nutrition, clinical, and medical support at Monte Nido Clementine's residential program for adolescents seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in clinical counseling or related discipline, at minimum
- OR license in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC)
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is helpful
- Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices
