Job Summary
Provide individual, group, and family therapy while serving as a liaison with families and outpatient providers. Interact with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilize management processes. Participate in discharge and aftercare planning for adolescents seeking treatment for eating disorders or exercise addiction. Offer therapeutic meal support to model healthy relationships with food, ensuring safe, empathetic, and affirming care based on each client's intersecting identities. Work within a multi-disciplinary team including nutrition, clinical, medical, and holistic support. Schedule runs Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday with pay up to $90k plus sign-on or relocation bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in clinical counseling or related discipline, at minimum
- OR license in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC)
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is helpful
- Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices
