Job Summary
Provide individual, group, and family therapy to adolescents with eating disorders while serving as a liaison with families and outpatient providers. Interact with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management, and participate in discharge and aftercare planning. Deliver therapeutic meal support by modeling a healthy relationship with food, ensuring safe, empathetic, and affirming care based on clients' intersecting identities. Work within a multi-disciplinary team including nutrition, clinical, and medical support. Schedule is Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in clinical counseling or related discipline, at minimum
- OR license in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC)
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is helpful
- Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices
