Job Summary
Provide individual, group, and family therapy while serving as a liaison with families and outpatient providers. Interact with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management, and participate in discharge and aftercare planning. Deliver therapeutic meal support to model healthy relationships with food, ensuring safe, empathetic, and affirming care based on clients' intersecting identities. Schedule runs Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday with pay up to $90k plus sign-on or relocation bonuses. Join our multi-disciplinary team at Monte Nido Clementine, a residential program exclusively for adolescents seeking treatment for eating disorders and exercise addiction.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in clinical counseling or related discipline, at minimum
- OR license in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC)
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is helpful
- Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices
