Job Summary
Provide individual, group, and family therapy while serving as a liaison with families and outpatient providers. Interact with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management, and participate in discharge and aftercare planning. Offer therapeutic meal support to model a healthy relationship with food, ensuring safe, empathetic, and affirming care based on each client's intersecting identities. Schedule runs Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday with pay up to $90k plus a sign-on or relocation bonus. Join our multi-disciplinary team at Monte Nido Clementine, a residential program exclusively for adolescents seeking treatment for eating disorders and exercise addiction.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in clinical counseling or related discipline, at minimum
- OR license in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC)
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is helpful
- Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices
