Job Summary
Provide weekly family therapy and caregiver coaching calls, facilitate group therapy for clients and families, and offer meal support with clients. Participate in ongoing care management while delivering safe, empathetic, and affirming care that respects each client's intersecting identities. Support virtual patient care and telehealth services as needed to maintain coverage. Work a schedule including weekdays, one evening, and one weekend day. This role supports adolescents with eating disorders and their families at a residential treatment program dedicated to recovery and healthy skill development.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree, at minimum, in clinical counseling or related discipline
Desired Qualifications
- Licensed (or license-eligible) preferred in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, etc.)
- Prior experience treating those with eating disorders in a residential or inpatient setting is very helpful
- Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices
