Job Summary

Maintain a caseload of 2-3 families by conducting sessions in their homes and community locations, scheduling appointments at times most helpful to clients, and ensuring availability to respond to assigned families or arrange team coverage. Requires residence in Spokane County, a valid driver's license with a vehicle meeting agency requirements, and flexibility for evening and weekend work. Candidates must hold a graduate or undergraduate degree in social work, psychology, or related fields with appropriate experience, pass a criminal history background check, and be at least 21 years old. Full-time, non-exempt position with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, dental, 401(k), and licensure supervision.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate or undergraduate degree in social work, psychology, human services or related field
  • Undergraduate candidates must have at least two years' experience working with children and families
  • Valid driver's license
  • a vehicle in good working condition
  • automobile liability insurance that meets minimum agency requirements
  • Residence in Spokane County
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule to meet client needs (including some evenings and weekends)
  • Satisfactory completion of a criminal history background check
  • At least 21 years of age
  • This is a full time position
