Job Summary
Provide individual, group, and family therapy while serving as a liaison with families and outpatient providers. Interact with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management, and participate in discharge and aftercare planning. Offer therapeutic meal support and model healthy relationships with food, ensuring safe, empathetic, and affirming care based on clients' intersecting identities. Work Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday with up to $90k compensation, including a $5k sign-on or $10k relocation bonus. Join our multi-disciplinary team supporting adolescents with eating disorders and exercise addiction at Monte Nido Clementine.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in clinical counseling or related discipline, at minimum
- OR license in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC)
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is helpful
- Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices
