Facilitates Family Team Conferences (FTC) to discuss case planning for foster children, coordinating with GSS Case Planners and Supervisors; prepares for conferences by reserving space or virtual platforms, reviewing past notes, and ensuring necessary supplies; maintains timely documentation and monthly FTC calendar; conducts conferences, supports consensus-building focused on permanence, safety, and wellbeing, and contributes to quality improvement; strong organization and bilingual English/Spanish preferred; role requires on-site work with hybrid schedules available.
Required Qualifications
- MSW or BA with 2 years of Casework and 1 year of group work experience and/or 1-year supervisory experience
