Job Summary
Evening Family Support Worker providing direct guest services and supporting case managers at Lydia House. Responsibilities include overseeing the house, answering questions and meeting guests' needs, conducting guest intakes, managing daily routines (including medication access), supervising mealtimes, bed and chore checks, maintaining guest documentation, and sharing the gospel opportunities with guests. Job responsibilities are aligned with a faith-driven, Christian ministry and require strong communication with guests and staff. Shift is evenings (3:00 PM–11:30 PM) at the Omaha Campus; full-time position with benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license
- Experience in human services or ministry
- A visible relationship with Christ, regularly attending a Bible-believing church
- The ability to share the gospel as opportunities arise
