Job Summary
Ensure accurate, professional, and timely completion of all required paperwork. Coordinate and provide services to assigned Agency consumers, families, and foster families in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Monitor consumer needs, conduct home visits, and participate in case conferences, hearings, and assessments. Immediately apprise supervisors of potential emergency situations. Provide other Agency-related duties as assigned while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to employment policies. Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, with regular business hours set by the Agency
- Satisfaction of all employment eligibility and Agency hiring requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience working with consumers in a social-services setting
