Job Summary
PathPoint is seeking a full-time, bilingual Family Support Specialist to help families navigating challenges. Responsibilities include service coordination for adults with disabilities, developing proactive support plans, conducting assessments, and acting as a liaison with agencies.
Required Qualifications
- Associates-level degree or at least three years of experience in the developmental disability service delivery system
- Must have a valid California driver's license with a satisfactory driving record and 5 years of driving experience
- Eligible for coverage on PathPoint's auto insurance policy
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred
- Knowledge of the Regional Center, community resources and support services
- Comfortable with home visits
- Designing and executing customized program curriculum
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and video meeting applications
- Culturally aware and capable of collaborating across cultures
