Job Summary
Support families in setting goals and accessing community resources while assisting with recruitment and enrollment. Partner with staff to strengthen family engagement and help families meet health requirements by coordinating referrals. Conduct home and center visits, participate in evening meetings, and conduct outreach as needed. Complete the Online Family Partner Certificate Program and maintain required immunizations and background checks. Required Qualifications
