Job Summary
Develop treatment plans with the treatment team and Clinical Supervisor while implementing approved therapeutic interventions for individual, group, and family clients. Provide best practice clinical services, ensure documentation meets payer and regulatory standards, and link clients with specific resources identified in their treatment plan. Communicate with customers and colleagues to address inquiries and complaints, actively recruit new referrals to maintain caseloads, and serve as a liaison with other professionals. Attend weekly Treatment Team meetings, complete all assigned training, and provide 24/7 on-call support as required by program guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a human services discipline such as Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, or Criminal Justice
- 1 year of experience working with children (including internships or volunteer experiences)
- BA/BS degree
- 3 years of relevant experience
Desired Qualifications
