Job Summary

Deliver best practice clinical services to children, families, and adults by providing individual, group, and family therapeutic interventions and skill building as outlined in treatment plans. Develop treatment plans with the treatment team and Clinical Supervisor, while implementing approved therapeutic interventions and ensuring all documentation is completed per payer, state licensing, COA, and HCA standards. Communicate with customers and colleagues to address complaints, link clients with specific resources, and actively recruit new referrals to maintain caseloads. Serve as a liaison with other professionals and agencies, attend weekly Treatment Team meetings, and provide 24/7 on-call support. Ensure compliance with all state regulatory bodies and COA standards while completing assigned training and professional development activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a human services discipline such as Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, or Criminal Justice
  • 1 year of experience working with children (including internships or volunteer experiences)
  • BA/BS degree
  • 3 years of relevant experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a human services discipline such as Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, or Criminal Justice, along with 1 year of experience working with children (including internships or volunteer experiences) is preferred, OR a BA/BS degree with 3 years of relevant experience
