Job Summary
Provide leadership and technical assistance in developing and implementing the BHHO family support services to youth and families, drawing on three or more years of lived parenting experience with at least one child/youth who lived with you and experienced emotional, developmental, behavioral, substance use, or mental health concerns; capable of articulating lived experiences and navigating child-serving systems on behalf of that child; position requires vehicle insurance, a Maine driver's license, and a high school diploma; offers mileage reimbursement, a flexible schedule, and paid time off while working within 30 miles of home. The role emphasizes collaboration with families, co-workers, and community providers, and entails engaging in job-specific training provided at no cost.
Required Qualifications
- Proof of vehicle insurance at $50K/$100K and a valid Maine drivers license
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Entry level computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Parent/Family Peer certification or provisional
