Job Summary
Family Support Specialist (FSS) delivers coordinated and integrated care with the behavioral health home team for youth and families. The role requires sharing lived experiences to support families and navigating child-serving systems such as behavioral health, child welfare, special education, and juvenile justice. The position emphasizes leadership and technical assistance in developing and implementing BHHO family support services, with a flexible schedule and field-based engagement within 30 miles of home.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Parent/Family Peer certification or provisional
- Proof of vehicle insurance at $50K/$100K
- Valid Maine driver's license
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Entry level computer skills
