Job Summary

Develop Individualized Plans by creating and implementing evidence-based intervention strategies tailored to each youth's unique needs. Provide consistent, therapeutic support in school, home, and community environments while partnering with treatment teams, educators, and families to ensure comprehensive care. Accurately complete all required documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system and participate in weekly case consultations with assigned therapists. Support organizational goals through Performance Quality Improvement initiatives and maintain professional conduct with internal and external stakeholders. Drive to various locations to meet with youth, families, and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Successful completion of fingerprint criminal background check and child abuse registry clearance as required by the State of Montana
  • Bachelor's degree in a human services field or equivalent combination of education and experience (6 years human services experience = bachelor's degree; each year of post-secondary human services education = 1 year experience)
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport with youth and families while maintaining appropriate therapeutic boundaries
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening and conflict resolution
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a treatment team, including with the assigned school district
  • Proficiency in electronic documentation, typing at least 35 words per minute
  • Consistent attendance and reliability in performance of duties
  • Sound judgment, ethical decision-making, and the ability to remain composed in high-stress situations
  • Will be required to drive company or personal vehicle to other YBGR locations and/or families homes, schools, and communities to meet with employees, youth, families, or other stakeholders
  • Commitment to YBGR's values: Faith, Integrity, Relationship, and Stewardship
  • Willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR and Violence Intervention Prevention certifications

  • familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 preferred
