Job Summary
Conduct assessments of strengths and needs, complete crisis plans, and coordinate treatment planning in collaboration with family members. Provide individual and family therapy, identify community resources, and develop natural supports for youth and parents. Deliver coaching and skills training while participating in an on-call rotation to support families. Services are delivered primarily in families' homes and other community locations. This role involves working within a collaborative team environment with weekly supervision and ongoing training opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, or related license-eligible field from an accredited university
- At least two years of providing clinical services to children and/or families
- Strong computer knowledge and ability to use an Electronic Health Record to document services
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Outstanding reasoning and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated understanding of and competence in serving diverse populations
- Ability to read and write English
- Must have valid driver's license
- Must have access to an operational and insured automobile and be willing to use it to transport members
