Job Summary

Conduct assessments of strengths and needs, complete crisis plans, and coordinate treatment planning in collaboration with family members. Provide individual and family therapy, identify community resources, and develop natural supports for youth and parents. Deliver coaching and skills training while participating in an on-call rotation to support families. Services are delivered primarily in homes and community locations, requiring a valid driver's license and access to an operational vehicle. This role supports families navigating trauma, behavioral health challenges, and substance use within a collaborative team environment focused on clinical excellence and licensure support.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, or related license-eligible field from an accredited university
  • At least two years of providing clinical services to children and/or families
  • Strong computer knowledge and ability to use an Electronic Health Record to document services
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Outstanding reasoning and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated understanding of and competence in serving diverse populations
  • Ability to read and write English
  • Valid driver's license
  • Access to an operational and insured automobile
  • Willingness to use an automobile to transport members
