Job Summary
Conduct regular home visits to assess strengths and needs, connect families to community resources, and set goals for student success. Collaborate with teachers and school staff to help children thrive both at home and at school while removing barriers to learning. Build relationships with families through ongoing coaching and support in a structured environment. This role offers the opportunity to become certified with a Family Development Credential within the first two years of employment.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- 2 years' work experience in a social service related field
- general knowledge of family involvement practices
- working knowledge of family development and social services
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human and Family Studies, or related field
