Job Summary
Supervise and participate in day-to-day operations of the Family Store and warehouse, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. Assist the manager in supervising cashier activities, ringing up sales, resolving problems, and maintaining security and accountability of funds. Prepare daily sales reports and bank deposits while training employees in proper methods and procedures. Manage store displays by arranging, rotating, and restocking items to ensure neatness and customer convenience. Determine appropriate prices for merchandise to ensure quick turnover and assist customers in locating items and explaining store policy. Requires a high school diploma or G.E.D., one year of retail experience, and the ability to stand for extended periods.
Required Qualifications

- One (1) year working in a retail store
- Experience supervising the work of co-workers

- Equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
