Job Summary
The Family Specialist/Parent Partner primarily focuses on integrating family members into treatment planning and implementation within the Intensive Residential Treatment Program. Responsibilities include coaching families, conducting outreach, participating in meetings to support parents, assisting with advocacy and community resources, and facilitating a Parent Support Group. Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills, flexibility in scheduling, and be able to engage families effectively. Required Qualifications

- Lived experience as a parent of a child involved with social services
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
