Job Summary
Provide strengths-based case management services supporting family well-being while ensuring compliance with Head Start, licensing, and health regulations. Connect families with resources, monitor health and screening requirements, maintain accurate documentation, collaborate with teachers, lead family engagement activities, assist with enrollment and recruitment, and help families access services to thrive. Requires a Bachelor's degree in social, human, or family services and two years of related experience; newly hired employees at the Wendover site have up to 18 months to obtain a Family Development Certification. Utah Community Action serves over 60,000 individuals annually through programs including Head Start, Nutrition, and Housing.
