Job Summary
Leadership-level Family Services Specialist IV role in Antlers, OK, supervising and directing a staff of professional Family Services Specialists, with responsibilities to train, supervise, and administer policy while managing comprehensive caseloads across multiple program areas within Adult and Family Services. The position requires a master’s degree with experience or a bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in professional social work (or equivalent combinations), and travel is occasional. The role involves planning and directing daily workload, attending trainings and meetings, and ensuring program adherence. Office-based, standard weekday schedule.
Required Qualifications
- master’s degree and one (1) year of qualifying experience
- bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of experience in professional social work
- or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one (1) year of experience in professional social work for each year of the bachelor’s degree
- four (4) years of experience as a Family Services Specialist
