Job Summary
Leadership-level supervision of professional Family Services Specialists providing TANF services. Oversees staff, policy and procedure administration, and directs training and meetings. Preference may be given to bilingual applicants. Requires a master’s degree (or bachelor’s with related experience) in social work and extensive travel; valid driver’s license and required car insurance are required. Full state employee benefits accompany the role.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree and one year of qualifying experience
- Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience in professional social work
- Equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional social work for each year of the bachelor’s degree
- Four years of experience as a Family Services Specialist
