Job Summary
The Guardianship/Guardianship-Report-focused role involves receiving, reviewing, and tracking guardianship reports in line with state requirements; entering and maintaining data in the state’s case management system; managing Excel spreadsheets used for monitoring and reporting; ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of all documentation; and communicating with internal staff and external partners while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to applicable policies and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services field, such as Social Work, Counseling, Gerontology, Guidance and Counseling, Family and Child Development, Psychology, Sociology OR a bachelor’s degree in any field plus at least two (2) years of related experience in a human services area
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency with Excel and data entry
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
