Job Summary
Coordinate Family Services development, evaluation, and special projects by engaging internal departments and partner organizations to manage interoperability and outcomes. Provide assistance with network development, including strategy, goal setting, provider engagement, and services evaluation. Oversee project operations, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to grant policies and service delivery models. Maintain complete, accurate client records while ensuring confidentiality for children, biological families, and foster care participants. Deliver project reports for enrolled families and attend court hearings to provide information regarding projects. Collaborate with subcontracting agencies and funders to ensure program models are implemented with fidelity, including appropriate staffing and data tracking.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree", "Two years' experience in child welfare, social services, project management, healthcare administration or managed care", "Travel in service region/state", "Personal insured vehicle", "Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow policies related to personnel records and client records", "DFPS required background checks", "DFPS required training
