Family Services Coordinator- East Region (3E)

Job Summary
Coordinate Family Services development, evaluation, and special projects by engaging internal departments and partner organizations to manage interoperability and outcomes. Provide assistance with network development, including strategies, goal setting, tracking, provider engagement, onboarding, and services evaluation. Oversee project operations, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to grant policies and service delivery models while meeting project goals and deliverables. Ensure required documentation and services for court-ordered participants are complete, accurate, and confidential. Provide reports for enrolled families, work with subcontracting agencies to ensure program model fidelity, and attend court hearings. Maintain high ethical standards and complete required background checks and training. Travel within the region is required with a personal insured vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Two years' experience in child welfare
- Two years' experience in social services
- Two years' experience in project management
- Two years' experience in healthcare administration
- Two years' experience in managed care
- Travel in service region/state
- Personal insured vehicle
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to follow policies related to personnel records
- Ability to follow policies related to client records
- DFPS required background checks completed
- DFPS required training completed
