Job Summary
Complete health reports, track health services, and collect data reports for Head Start and Early Head Start staff. Update health files, schedule medical appointments, and provide transportation for children and parents by safely operating a school bus, performing daily vehicle inspections, and conducting routine maintenance. Maintain communication with parents through home visits and phone calls, prepare children for health services, and educate them on transportation safety. Assist with food service, center cleaning, and classroom duties as needed while recruiting children for programs. Adhere to all agency policies and attend required training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Current CDL license (minimum Class C) with PS endorsement
Desired Qualifications
- Medical background (CNA, MA)
- Intermediate computer skills
- Prior work experience with medical records, health screenings, or other medical-related fields
