Job Summary
Create and implement a Head Start recruitment plan to ensure 100% enrollment while establishing and maintaining a waiting list. Work within the community with families and parents/guardians as an advocate, developing trusting relationships and ensuring support services meet family goals. Collaborate individually with families to identify strengths, goals, and necessary services, helping them enhance skills that aid child development. Manage community partnerships, coordinate services, and handle reporting for the program. This role requires at least two years of experience in Human Services or Social Work, with prior Head Start experience preferred. Candidates must hold an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field and complete mandatory child abuse prevention training. The position involves 50% travel and offers hourly pay between $21 and $24.
