Family Service Counselor (Sales)

Job Summary
The Family Service Counselor will establish professional relationships with client families to meet their needs during pre-need and at-need services. Responsibilities include conducting tours of cemetery properties, building relationships to ensure excellent service and referrals, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies, and participating in community presentations. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with required outside sales experience. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential for exceeding family expectations and adhering to confidentiality protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience preferred
- Proven track record of success in outside sales production strongly preferred
- Valid state issued driver’s license in good standing and acceptable driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
