Family Service Counselor - Inside Sales Representative

Conduct inside sales by managing inbound calls and walk-in traffic to assist families with funeral selections and guide them through cemetery tours. Establish professional relationships with client families by attending services, visitations, and aftercare appointments to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals. Develop new prospects through presentations at business locations, client homes, and public community events while highlighting pre-need arranging benefits. Complete required paperwork, verify interment processes, and conduct blind checks to ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies. Maintain proactive communication with funeral homes, departments, and team members to facilitate smooth service processes. Report progress to the Sales Manager as directed and actively participate in location and company training initiatives.
