Family Service Counselor - Inside Sales Representative

Establish professional relationships with client families to ensure all needs are met by providing tours, guiding cemetery visits, and attending services and visitations. Develop new prospects and community contacts through presentations at business locations, client homes, and public events highlighting pre-need arranging benefits. Complete required paperwork, verify interment processes, and conduct blind checks to ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies. Maintain proactive communication with funeral homes and team members while reporting progress to the Sales Manager. Schedule aftercare appointments to secure referrals and identify location hazards. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and inside sales experience; bilingual skills preferred. Full-time role at Rose Hill Memorial Park in Corpus Christi, Texas.
