Family Service Counselor - Inside Sales Representative

Establish professional relationships with client families to ensure needs are met, representing the company with integrity while providing tours and guiding visitors through cemetery locations. Attend services and visitations to develop relationships, ensure excellent service, and generate referrals, while completing required paperwork and conducting blind checks for compliance. Develop new prospects and community contacts through presentations at business locations, client homes, and public events highlighting pre-need arrangements. Maintain proactive communication with funeral homes and team members to smooth the service process, actively participate in training initiatives, and report progress to the Sales Manager. Schedule and conduct aftercare appointments to secure client satisfaction and additional referrals, while identifying and remediating hazards at the location.
