Job Summary
Coordinate parent involvement and education programs under the Program Manager; directly supervise Family Assistants and Family Workers; recruit and register perspective clients, maintain intake data, and participate in family-related matters; ensure Family Partnerships Agreements are developed and followed up per funding standards; maintain a yearly updated community resources binder aligned with demographic changes; plan and implement orientation for new families; coordinate recruitment and registration of new families; ensure completion and organization of reports; provide assistance to families; travel to different locations across the five boroughs including home visits; bilingual Spanish/English, Russian/English, Chinese/English, Korean/English, or English/Creole speaking preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or its equivalent
- Two years of experience in a human services related field; preferably in an early childhood setting
