Job Summary
Family Resources Coordinator responsible for coaching caregivers, building supportive relationships with children and families, and coordinating visits and intake/IFSP meetings across home, childcare, and community settings in the Greater Seattle area. You will schedule home visits, connect families to Early Supports services, maintain documentation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure access to resources and services for children aged birth to three with IDD. The role involves conducting visits in natural environments, coordinating referrals, and staying aligned with community resources while promoting equity and family-priority planning. Hybrid work arrangement in Seattle, WA with full-time hours. Key duties emphasize scheduling, outreach, caregiver coaching, intake/IFSP meetings, and maintaining collaborative partnerships; qualifications include an AA (BA preferred), CPR/First Aid certifications, and a valid WA driver's license, with experience in data systems and family services highly valued.
