Job Summary
Family Resource Worker responsible for supporting Residential and Treatment Foster Care initiatives. Key duties include managing the annual contractual review process for Host Home Providers, providing information to the matching team on homes with placement availability, maintaining and auditing files for compliance, collaborating with management to develop a Mentor retention plan, and coordinating ongoing Mentor appreciation activities alongside continuing education sessions. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in human services, strong organizational and communication skills, detail orientation, and ability to multi-task in a mission-driven, collaborative environment. Travel may be required; in this role, the position is in-person in New Bedford, MA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human services
- Two years of related human services experience preferred
- An equivalent combination of education and experience
- Meet all state-specific regulatory requirements
- Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills to manage relationships
- A commitment to quality in everything you do
