Job Summary
Child First Family Resource Partner delivering home-based services with a licensed clinician to strengthen caregiver-child relationships, coordinate access to needed services, support family assessments and planning, and help navigate systems such as mental health, DSS, and housing. Role includes travel across Leland, Columbus, Bladen, and Robeson County areas. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; preferred 3+ years of experience with diverse families and children under age 6; bilingual skills are a plus; valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
